Insertion Ultrasonic Flow Meter For Volumetric Flow

Innova-Sonic insertion transducers can be used on pipe sizes 2-inch to 400-inches (50mm to 10000mm). High signal strength is achieved by using insertion transducers. Insertion transducers are designed to solve application problems where clamp-on transducers do not work due to difficult pipe conditions.  Pipe wall, pipe liner and pipe wall deposits will not affect its performance.

By using a hot-tap machine, insertion transducers can be installed without the need to shut down the flow. The double O-ring seal prevents leakage during the insertion, extraction and operation under normal operating process pressures.
