Model SL-500 Primary Standard Gas Flow Calibrator

Our Cal=Trak™ SL-500 primary standard gas flow calibrator is the first in our Cal=Trak line of high-precision, cost-effective gas flow calibration standards.  Fast, primary, and portable, the SL-500 offers a standardized accuracy of ±0.4% in an easy-to-use, low-maintenance calibrator.

The dimensionally-based primary accuracy of the Cal=Trak is superior to pressure-based secondary methods and is backed by a rigorous uncertainty analysis.  Field-rugged, it is used in the manufacture, inspection, validation and recalibration of mass flow controllers, flow meters and many other varieties of flow equipment.

Cal=Trak's broad turndown ratio allows three interchangeable flow cells to cover the range from 5 sccm to 50 slpm, minimizing initial investment and maintenance costs.  Alternatively, the modular nature of the Cal=Trak allows users to begin with one flow cell and then add additional cells as resources allow.

Cal=Trak offers data logging, digital communications, interval operation and many other productivity-enhancing features. Fast enough to use as a flow meter, Cal=Trak is automatic and requires minimal training for flow meter verification and calibration. It is well-suited for applications in metrology, semiconductor, analytical, medical and pharmaceutical fields, among others.  Cal=Trak is CE approved.
