Innova-Sonic® Model 205i Insertion
The Innova-Sonic 205i insertion features insertion transducers that can be used on pipe sizes ranging from 2" to 400" (50mm-10000mm). The key benefit is the high signal strength achieved by using insertion transducers so that pipe wall, pipe liner, and pipe wall deposits do not affect instrument performance.

Sierra's Model 240V Innova-Flo provides a direct reading of volumetric flow for liquids, steam or constant density gases. Product accuracy is ± 1% of rate for liquids and 0.7% of rate for gases and steam over a 30:1 range.

 

Innova-Flo® Model 241V Immersible Vortex Flow Meter
Model 241V Innova-Flo provides a direct reading of volumetric flow for liquids, steam or constant density gases. The unique insertion design may be used in process piping from 2-inches up to 72-inches. Product accuracy is ± 1.2% of rate for liquids and 1.5% of rate for gases and steam over a 30:1 range.

 

Sanitary Flow Switch
Designed for use in sanitary applications including food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. 3-A Authorization No. 950 issued by the 3-A Sanitary Standards symbol Administrative Council. Switches on a flow/no flow condition in both gases and liquids. Flow Switch range of 0.01 to 5 fps in liquids and 0.1 to 500 fps gases. Response Time of 0.5 to 10 seconds (media dependent) Wide operating temperature range of -100F to +390F (-70C to 200C) 3A approval.

 

Live-Tap (Hot-Tap) Flow Switch
The Livetap (LT) allows for the safe insertion and removal of Innova-switches without interrupting the flow in your pipelines. With a pressure rating to 300 psig and a temperature rating of 390F, the Livetap can be used in the most demanding applications. An External extraction gauge lets you know when the switch is clear of the valve and dual safety restraints aid in the prevention of accidents.
