MicroTrak Flowmeter Demonstration for Low Flow Accuracy

Watch a live demonstration of controlling gas mass flow rate to an incredible 0.2 sccm with a Micro-Trak Model 101 flowmeter by Sierra Instruments www.sierrainstruments.com/products/micro.html. The video shows flow meter sensor calibration using Sierra's innovative, user-friendly and affordable Pilot Module display that replaces expensive control/read-out electronics and gives you access to a wide variety of control functions via six push buttons.

You can also watch a Sierra engineer use the Pilot Module to change flow measurement units from sccm to g/hr (grams per hour). This brief tutorial highlights how to use our high accuracy flow meter for leak detection, mass spectrometry, semiconductors, nano technology, fuel cell research and general scientific research. The MicroTrak flowmeter is CE approved, made from 316 stainless steel and features Sierra's Dial-a-Gas® ½, Pilot Module interface and digital and analog communications. The pilot module is mounted directly on the instrument or remotely up to 50 feet from the flow controller. The remote pilot module can be wall mounted, panel mounted or can sit on a tabletop.
