Sierra’s Next Chapter Begins Now…
We’re excited to announce that we are moving our headquarters this month after 30+ years in our current location.
While we aren't moving very far in Monterey, this move is a significant change that will allow Sierra to thrive.
Our new facility at 20 Ryan Ranch Road, Suite 109, Monterey, CA, covers more than 50,000 square feet and includes state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, a contemporary office space, and engineering labs to accommodate a growing research and development department.
The design of the space leaned heavily on a corporate commitment to sustainability, with the latest energy-saving technology being used throughout, including intelligent LED lighting, energy-efficient compressors, and state-of-the-art energy-efficient air/heating systems.
Why are we moving?
Thanks to customers like you, our business has steadily increased to the point where we have outgrown our existing facility.
When will the relocation take place?
Now. Sierra is currently moving. The move will take place in three phases to reduce the disruption of our manufacturing processes and should be completed by November 30, 2024.
How will this move benefit customers?
The new building is being designed with our customers in mind.
We have taken the opportunity to redesign our production floor to facilitate more efficient manufacturing, which will lead to improved lead times for our customers. A range of new technologies have been commissioned, including a new clean room with ISO 7 cleanliness capability.
In addition, Sierra is creating a state-of-the-art training room with an advanced flow loop for interactive training to provide hands-on application training.

How will the company ensure a smooth transition? Will there be any disruption to services (orders /shipments) during the move? How will the move affect delivery times?
Disruptions to services are to be expected with any move, but we have worked very hard to minimize these.
To ensure this move does not disrupt your process, we have carefully coordinated the move into three phases to mitigate any impact on lead times.
Currently, lead times remain the same for all product lines.
