We will continue to provide the same excellent level of support and customer service you expect from Sierra.
Across all product lines, products are shipping within our standard lead time. For those needing expedite shipment, all products are available for immediate delivery through our online store. If you have a question regarding availability, give us a call. Our flow expert engineers remain on the job to help you with your flow application needs.
Of course, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, partners and families. We continue to vigilantly operate under the guidelines of the CDC and our local regulations. We have implemented best practices such as visitor restrictions, work from home policies where possible, social distancing, and encourage recommended self-hygiene habits.
How We are Helping-Partnering with Scientists & Engineers to Fight COVID-19
Did you know Sierra provides critical instrumentation for the gas flow control systems for bioreactors? Efficient bioreactor performance is essential to scale vaccine development from lab to pilot to full-scale production. Our mass flow controllers also support testing respiratory equipment, like ventilators, in this critical ramp up period. Customers can lean on us to both specify the ideal MFC for their bioprocessing and respiratory medical equipment testing applications and to ramp up production in anticipation of demand.
We will keep you posted on any developments. For now, take care and stay safe. We know we will get through this together.
